Hazard
There is is access to live parts, through the gap at the top of the shutters which poses a risk of electric shock as there.
The user can touch part of the product that is at high voltage and may be electrocuted.
In addition, the plug pins did not meet the dimensional requirements of the relevant standard (BS1363-1), the adaptor did not have a fuse fitted and there was no provision for one to be fitted.
The product does not comply with the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
