Hazard
The product presents a risk of suffocation as it has been identified that the mushroom head can flip around creating a tight suction, with the eyes not being rigid enough to prevent the mouth and nose from being pushed in. If this suction is over the mouth of a child or infant and the parent or guardian does not notice in time, the child may suffocate.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
