Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of burns as the item is labelled incorrectly as microwave safe, so it’s highly foreseeable that customers will place this item in a microwave. The item has a metallic coating on the handle which contains about 5% metal, therefore the handle of the mug can easily overheat due to good heat conductivity of metal, resulting in burns to the skin.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
