In 'Titles, deeds and registration', updated information about deeds showing the ownership history of a property. Removed information about freehold land and leases with more than 7 years remaining being registered with HM Land Registry. Updated guidance to say users can check whether their eligible property is registered with HM Land Registry, rather than that they should do so. In 'What leases are', removed the requirement to register leases as a deed.
