Add your modern slavery statement to the statement registry
If your organisation has published a modern slavery statement, you can use this service to add your statement to the registry.
This service allows you to add your modern slavery statement to the government-run online modern slavery statement registry. You can use this service to:
- provide a link to the modern slavery statement published on your organisation’s website
- answer questions about your statement
- publish this information on the ‘Find a modern slavery statement’ service
What we do with your information
We will use the information you give us to publish a summary of your statement on the modern slavery statement registry. This will include a link to the full statement on your website.
Who can use this service?
Any organisation that has created a modern slavery statement, including those that:
- are legally required to publish an annual modern slavery statement in the UK
- have chosen to publish a modern slavery statement voluntarily
