This release provides information on national non-domestic rates and associated information for the financial year 2024 to 2025.

This information is derived from the national non-domestic rates (NNDR1) returns submitted by billing authorities in England.

  1. Table 4 added to the attached tables, including data on the number of hereditaments receiving mandatory and discretionary business rates reliefs at the end of December 2023. Local authority level hereditament, and empty property and small business rates reliefs also added as the 'supplementary data table'.
