Use form LL MR01 to register particulars of charge created or evidenced by instrument on or after 6 April 2013 for a limited liability partnership (LLP).

Details
It costs £24 to register a charge on paper. Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
Use our online filing service to register your charge information as quickly as possible. It costs £15 to register a charge online.
Any charge created before 6 April 2013 must be notified on form LL MG01 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form LL MG01s (Scotland) from the National Archives website.
The fees shown on archived forms may be out of date and incorrect. You’ll need to include the correct Companies House fees.
