Notice to Traders 30/24 - Requirement for an Export Certificate for Certain Sugar Import Tariff Rate Quota from Brazil
This notice is to inform you of the requirement for an export certificate for certain sugar products from Brazil.

Details
For imports under tariff rate quota order number 05.4318 the goods must be accompanied by an export certificate issued by the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services in Brazil, certifying that the goods originate from Brazil.
This requirement comes into effect from 1 October 2024.
