Details

The request was for the number of compromise agreements used by Monitor in the last 5 years and, of those, the number which contained clauses requiring the staff member not to disclose the existence of the agreement itself and not to disparage Monitor. The request also asked whether there was a whistleblowing element to the compromise agreements.
