This research details the evaluation of the first 18 months of the Personal Support Package (PSP) as a whole and the implementation and delivery of the Health and Work Conversation (HWC) as an initiative integral to the PSP.

This research forms part of the wider PSP Evaluation. Findings have fed into the ongoing development of the support for customers with a health condition or a disability.
