We have released documents relating to the Emma Kay Artwork Project, “What does it mean to be a British Citizen?”, which is being installed at the Home Office’s 2 Marsham Street headquarters. We were asked for correspondence, e-mails, memos and minutes of meetings related to the commissioning of the artwork from Ms Kay, the selection of the judging panel, the commissioning of the engraving work, problems which have arisen regarding the visibility of the engraved text and costs.
