The Traffic Commissioner for Western England decided:
The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 (as amended) (“the Act”)
- Due to an overwhelming finding that the operator is no longer fit to be the holder of a restricted goods vehicle operator’s licence, the licence is revoked.
*To allow for an orderly winding down, or for a new application for a standard licence, revocation will take effect from 23:59 on 4 May 2024.
