I am enquiring about one of our subcontractors [name redacted].
As part of our routine checks we have found that they no longer appear on your approved contractor list but they have not appeared on the list of withdrawn approvals.
The certificate they have provided to us expires at the end of November. Would you be able to clarify their position? Has their ACS accreditation been withdrawn? Is their certificate valid until the end of November if it has been withdrawn?

I can confirm that the information is readily accessible in the public domain and therefore this information is exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act.
