Nikki da Costa
Biography
Nikki da Costa is currently a Policy Fellow to the Minister for Women and Equalities in the Equality Hub.
Nikki served as Director of Legislative Affairs for 2 Prime Ministers – Theresa May and Boris Johnson – and she is a recognised authority on the UK’s legislative and parliamentary processes. Under Theresa May, she led a cross-Whitehall taskforce considering the impact of government policy on women and how to increase women’s role in politics, business and society.
Under Boris Johnson, she supported the government to advance its legislative programme through the challenges of a virtual parliament. She has twice been named one of the top 100 Women in Westminster.
