Dr Ian Leigh

Biography

Dr Ian Leigh joined the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner in 2011 having previously worked as Managing Director of Postwatch, the Consumer Council for Postal Services.

Ian is a scientist by training and spent much of his earlier career managing research programmes and facilities. He holds a PhD in Physics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Physics.
