Dennis Hone

Biography

Dennis Hone was appointed Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) in 2006. He became Chief Executive in February 2011, replacing Sir David Higgins, following his appointment as Chief Executive of Network Rail.

Dennis joined the ODA from English Partnerships, the government’s national regeneration agency, where he was Chief Operating Officer. His previous roles included senior positions at the Commission for the New Towns and the London Docklands Development Corporation.

Since August 2012 he has also been acting as Chief Executive of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) and will move to LLDC full-time in April 2013.
