The CPTPP largely incorporates the provisions set out in the TPP, with a small number of provisions suspended upon entry into force of the CPTPP.

CPTPP
CPTPP is a free trade agreement that was signed on 8 March 2018 in Santiago, Chile, by 11 countries.
Consolidated TPP agreement text
The original TPP was signed by ministers from the TPP Countries on 4 February 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand. Certain provisions of the TPP have been suspended by the CPTPP.
