You should read the delinked payments guidance before completing this form, in particular the sections on ‘Business changes since BPS 2020’ and ‘Transfer a reference amount to another business when you have inherited land’.
You should use this form to request the transfer of reference data if you inherit eligible land in England after 15 May 2020 from a farmer who has died and who has a reference amount.
This form will be available until the end of 2027.
How to complete the form
You need full permissions for this business to complete and sign the form and if you email it to us.
To fill it in electronically:

email the form to ‘ruralpayments@defra.gov.uk’. Use ‘Delinked payments: transfer reference data’ as the subject of your email
We can only accept forms by email if the address they come from is registered on the Rural Payments service.

post it to Rural Payments Agency, PO Box 352, Worksop, S80 9FG
Please use CAPITAL LETTERS and black ink. Do not use pencil. Write only in the spaces provided. Include a covering letter if you have any additional comments.
