Hazard
This product poses a risk of suffocation as when tested it was found that the pink cup does not have any openings of more than 2mm diameters, a divider or scalloped edge pattern which presents a suffocation hazard to young children.
Two of the suction cups fit entirely through template E, posing a choking hazard as the suction cups are capable of entering and blocking the child’s airways at the back of the mouth and upper throat.
This product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
