Question

What is the procedure to be followed when a manufacturer requests new products to be added to their Module D or E?

Recommendation

The extension of a module D or E for a new product(s) shall be requested by the manufacturer to the Approved Body. The Approved Body decides in relation to the peculiarity of the new product(s) whether or not to carry out an additional initial assessment.
