David Flory’s fourth quarterly report of 2009-10 provides a summary of the NHS financial position and performance against national priorities and contains an introduction from Sir David Nicholson, NHS Chief Executive.  

The report shows that in 2009-10 the NHS delivered what was asked of it, and maintained a track record of improving quality for patients and improved service for communities.

The report also highlights that a Revision to the Operating Framework for the NHS in England 2010-11 was published on 21 June.
