This timeline chart provides information to support tenant understanding. It gives a chronological sequence of events which represent the tied pub tenants relationship with the pub company in relation to the Pubs Code.

It is not a substitute for the Pubs Code legal framework. The PCA has issued a factsheet for tied pub tenants who want information about how to get help and support with the Pubs Code and arbitration.
