We were asked how much was paid in bonuses to staff in a) FY 2007/08 b) FY 2008/09 c) FY 2009/10 d) financial year to date and details of bonuses paid to senior management during the same periods giving the following details: job title
The following amounts have been paid in bonuses to staff in the financial years outlined:
2007/08 – £5,200 2008/09 – £7,650 2009/10 – £15,900 2010/11 (to date) – £16,700
No bonuses were paid to senior management in 2007/08 and 2008/09.
In 2009/10, one end year bonus (i.e. related to performance) of £8,000 was paid to one Deputy Director whose basic salary was within SCS payband 1, with a salary range of £58,200 -£117,800.
In 2010/11 one end of year bonus (i.e. related to performance) of £7,500 was paid to one Deputy Director whose basic salary was within SCS payband 1, with a salary range of £58,200 -£117,800.
(Please note all end of year bonuses are paid in arrears in the following financial year. (For example, a bonus incurred in 2009/10 would not be paid until 2010/11)).
