This is the invitation to tender (ITT) for the specialist technical advice for rail (STAR) framework contract opportunity that is intended to begin in July 2015.

Suppliers who have been successful at the pre-qualification stage have been invited to submit bids. The Department for Transport will then evaluate the bids before awarding the framework to winning suppliers.
