Use form LL MR10 to register a charge created on or after 6 April 2013 to secure a series of debentures where there is no instrument.

It costs £24 to register a charge on paper. Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.

Any mortgage or charge created before 6 April 2013 must be notified on form LL MG07 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form LL MG07s (Scotland) from the National Archives website.
The fees shown on archived forms may be out of date and incorrect. You’ll need to include the correct Companies House fees.
