Use this form to apply to re-register your private limited company as an unlimited company.

You must have:
- a prescribed form of assent authenticated by or on behalf of all the members of the company
- a printed copy of the company’s articles as proposed to be amended
It costs £71 to re-register. Make your cheque or postal order payable to ‘Companies House’.
Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
