Phase 3b Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme: grant recipients

Updated 15 May 2024

Below is a list of projects that have been awarded funding through Phase 3b of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme. 183 public sector organisations have been awarded grants for 231 heat decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects.

This is a list of all projects, therefore any organisations with multiple projects will be listed more than once. Grant recipients are listed in the region where they will invest their funding, which may be different to their primary location.

Planning year projects can be identified with 1 asterisk, while multi-year projects can be identified with 2 asterisks. Planning year projects have grant funding for 2024 to 2025 only, using 2023 to 2024 as a planning year. Projects without an asterisk are single-year projects with grant funding only in 2023 to 2024.
