  1. Updated title of privacy notice to 'Privacy information: stakeholders' and provided more detail on who our stakeholders are. Updated details about communications activities and data collected and retention periods for section on lists of contact details. Added new section on when you make a complaint about education providers, children’s social care or DfE, and a new section on using your data to support learner assessments.

  2. Updated the sections 'Using your data to protect learners', 'Using your data to maintain lists of contact details', and 'Using your data when you contact us'. Added 'Using your data when you use DfE Sign-in' section.
