These guidelines are designed to support Help to Buy registered homebuilders, to help make sure all advertising, marketing and promotions were clear, fair and not misleading.

Help to Buy: Equity Loan is now closed and can no longer be advertised.

As a registered Help to Buy homebuilder, you must have stopped all advertising, marketing and promotions.
