Hyderus o Ran Anabledd: canllawiau ar gyfer lefelau 1, 2 a 3

Mae'r canllaw hwn yn esbonio'r hyn sydd ei angen i ddod yn Ymrwymedig i Hyderus o Ran Anabledd, neu'n Gyflogwr neu Arweinydd Hyderus o Ran Anabledd.

Mae’r cynllun Hyderus o Ran Anabledd yn cefnogi cyflogwyr i wneud y mwyaf o’r talentau y gall pobl anabl eu cynnig i’r gweithle. Mae bod yn Hyderus o Ran Anabledd yn gyfle i gyflogwyr arwain y ffordd yn eu cymuned ac i ddarganfod sgiliau a thalentau na allant wneud hebddynt. Gall helpu’ch holl bobl i gyflawni eu potensial a chyfrannu’n llawn at lwyddiant eich tîm.

Mae’r cynllun yn wirfoddol ac mae mynediad at y canllawiau, hunanasesiadau ac adnoddau yn rhad ac am ddim.

Mae’r 3 lefel wedi’u cynllunio i’ch cefnogi ar eich taith Hyderus o Ran Anabledd. Rhaid i chi gwblhau pob lefel cyn symud ymlaen i’r nesaf.

Mae’r canllawiau ar gyfer pob lefel yn egluro pa ymrwymiadau y mae’n rhaid i chi gytuno â hwy a pha gamau y mae’n rhaid i chi eu cymryd i ddod yn llwyddiannus:

Replaced mention of Work Choice with Work and Health Programme. Added information about the Leader application process in the 'Leadership' section. Removed section on DPULOs. Updated level 3 PDF and validation template for level 3.

Level 2 HTML changes: replaced Work Choice mentions with Work and Health Programme, added more information about offering interviews to disabled people in section 3, added an email address to section 10, added information about the Disability Confident reference number to 'What happens next?', added information about Disability Confident branding and removed 'Case studies and resources' section.
