Details

Mr Evans’ complaint related to the Union’s duty to hold elections for its executive members under section 46 of the 1992 Act. The Certification Officer struck out the complaint under section 256ZA of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 on the basis that it had no reasonable prospect of success.
