Biography
David L Evans became Transformation Director at DVLA in January 2012.
Education
Studied Agricultural Technology at Harper Adams College.
Career
David joined DVLA in 2005 as Central Operations Director. He then worked for 3 years as Corporate Affairs Director. He took over his current role as Transformation Director in January 2012, responsible for the alignment and co-ordination of change to achieve the agency’s strategic direction by 2022.
David has over 20 years business delivery and change management experience in the public sector and has led business start up and merger activities, with a background in the Whitehall and Brussels policy worlds.
