Abstract

The aim of this manual is to make social network analysis (SNA) widely available to people working in rural development and other sectors in which there are highly complex social networks. It gives step-by-step instructions on how to map social networks in order to provide a general picture of the social context which should help project planning by identifying key actors within a specific social setting.
