Tran Minh Chau and a team from Homeless International's partner the Asian Coalition for Housing Rights (ACHR) prepared a country study entitled \"Vietnam: Community Development Funds In 8 cities in Vietnam - A case Study\" in February 2003 as part of the \"Bridging the finance gap in housing and infrastructure\" research project. The paper analyses the development and operation of Community Development Funds in 8 cities across Vietnam.
