Hazard
The product presents a serious chemical risk as the sample was found to contain 11% released hydrogen peroxide, which is 110 times more than the maximum permitted of 0.1% for oral products. The product has also not been marked with a business address or registered office within the EU, batch number or nominal quantity on the packaging/label. Additionally, the date of minimum durability was only present on the instruction leaflet rather than on the packaging as required.
The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Enforcement Regulations 2013.
