Hazard
Live parts of the travel adaptor are accessible when the product is plugged into a UK socket, which could cause the user to experience an electric shock when plugging in, or unplugging, the adaptor from the socket. The shutters also did not protect users from live parts, which can be accessed by the user. The dimensions of the plug did not meet the requirements of the relevant standard and the product did not contain a fuse.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

The product has been withdrawn from the market.
