Hazard
The product includes a ball on the end of a cord which doesn’t pass the small ball test. A child may put the small part attached by the cord in their mouth and choke.
The product also presents a risk of strangulation as the cord was in excess of the maximum permissible length, and the ball on the end of the cord can allow it to tangle.
The product does not meet the requirements of Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
