The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested according to the torque test, the blue part of the felt pen detached a force of 0.8N and fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. A young child may place the small part in their mouth and choke.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
