Hazard
The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, some fasteners of the blades of xylophone detached at forces included between 34 N and 80 N, releasing elements which fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. The rod with the beads on the tail detached at a force of 25 N, also releasing beads which fit within the small parts cylinder which poses a choking hazard to young children.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (eBay).
