Hazard
The product has been identified as presenting a risk of asphyxiation as the fibrous internal stuffing is possibly accessible via a hole found in the seam that joined the left arm to the body. The age warning on this toy was deemed inappropriate as the card label bore a warning with respect to children under 3 years, but the product was deemed to be intended for children of all ages. Some of the required documentation was not present.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
All goods were seized from the retail premises and the product has been recalled from end users.
