Hazard
Due to some elements of the design, in certain circumstances, there can be a risk of electric shock and overheating. The plug portion (pins) do not meet with dimensional requirements and there is also no fuse link. The product failed the electric strength test and single pin insertion is possible.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
