Are paragraphs 4.4.7.6.9 and 4.4.7.6.14 of the Life Saving Appliances (LSA) Code as amended by Res. MSC.320 (89) applicable to rescue boats with single fall launching systems and off-load release mechanisms?
Recommendation
Yes, rescue boats with single fall launching system and off-load release mechanism shall comply with paragraphs 4.4.7.6.9 and 4.4.7.6.14 as amended by Res. MSC.320 (89).
