Pa feddalwedd i’w defnyddio

Mae’n rhaid i chi ddefnyddio meddalwedd sy’n gweithio gyda’r cynllun Troi Treth yn Ddigidol (MTD) os yw’r canlynol yn wir:

Mae’n rhaid i’r feddalwedd fod yn gallu:

  • creu a storio cofnodion digidol o incwm a threuliau’ch busnes — gallwch ddewis defnyddio taenlenni gyda meddalwedd sy’n cydweddu i wneud hyn
  • anfon diweddariadau chwarterol
  • cyflwyno’ch Ffurflen Dreth erbyn 31 Ionawr ar ôl diwedd y flwyddyn
  • cael gwybodaeth gan CThEF

Mae rhai meddalwedd sy’n cydweddu yn gadael i chi gadw cofnodion digidol o incwm a threuliau’ch busnes. Gallwch hefyd ddefnyddio taenlenni i gadw cofnodion digidol a meddalwedd sy’n cydweddu i anfon diweddariadau i CThEF. Gelwir hyn yn feddalwedd pontio.

Sut i ddewis meddalwedd

Wrth ddewis meddalwedd, gwiriwch â’r darparwr meddalwedd bob amser i wneud yn siŵr fod ei feddalwedd yn addas ar gyfer eich anghenion. 

Os hoffech ddefnyddio cyfnod cyfrifyddu sy’n rhedeg o 1 Ebrill i 31 Mawrth, bydd angen i chi ddewis meddalwedd sy’n cefnogi hyn. Bydd hefyd angen i chi wirio â’r darparwr meddalwedd os yw’r feddalwedd yn cefnogi chwarterau calendr.

Os ydych wedi gwirfoddoli i gofrestru a’n helpu i brofi’r gwasanaeth, gofynnwch i’r darparwr meddalwedd os bydd ei feddalwedd yn gweithio gyda’r cynllun Troi Treth yn Ddigidol ar gyfer Treth Incwm yn ystod blwyddyn dreth 2024 i 2025.
