On 9 December 2014 we published adjusted versions of these statistics based on revised 2011 Census population estimates

This publication provides historical annual data from 1993 to 2013 on the labour market status of the population aged 16 and over, with a breakdown provided by:

  • ethnicity
  • gender
  • age group

An additional breakdown of labour market status by whether or not individuals are in full time education is provided for those aged 16 to 24.

Figures showing the total employment by sector and ethnicity are also provided from 2009 to 2013.
