Housing statistics 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024
Housing starts on site and housing completions delivered by Homes England in England. This release will include revisions to housing starts on site since April 2016 for the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26, the Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme 2016-21 and legacy Affordable Housing programmes.
