Details
Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) commissioned this research to find out more around pensions members’ knowledge, understanding and engagement. It is believed that better engagement will lead to better decision making and outcomes for pension members.
Contribution to the evidence base
The Workplace pensions and Automatic Enrolment: Employers’ perspectives 2022 covers some related topics from the employers’ point of view.
Research value
We will use the findings to support policy development on Small Deferred Pension Pots, Engagement and Pension charges. They will also be used in the ongoing development of automatic enrolment policy.
