Details

Sexual offending causes enormous harm to victims. This harm can be pervasive and have implications for the victim’s whole life. We in HMPPS are committed to doing everything within our control to reduce the likelihood of reoffending amongst those for whom we have responsibility. We will do this through our ability to assess, manage, rehabilitate and reintegrate people convicted of sexual offences.

We have produced this document so that everybody can see what we are doing in our endeavour to reduce sexual offending by providing the best assessment, rehabilitation and management possible to those who have been convicted of sexual offences. This paper is intended to change through updates as requirements change.
