Could I request:
- the number of SIA ACS companies that currently use self-employed officers
- the scope of those companies
- the amount of non-SIA ACS companies that currently use self-employed officers
2. Response
I can confirm that the SIA does not hold this information.
The SIA has 757 approved companies in the scheme at this time, but information in respect of the number of self-employed officers is not held.
The SIA does not hold information in respect of non-ACS companies as we regulate individuals (licence holders) and not security companies.
