Following his first report, Peter Bloxham has now completed the final stage of his independent review of the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011. This second and final report makes recommendations to further possible changes that may improve the operation and robustness of the Special Administration Regime. The Treasury would like to thank Mr Bloxham for his work on this review over the past year.
The Treasury will now consider these recommendations in full, along with those outlined in the first report and take suitable steps to enhance the regime in due course.
