The scorecards provide a snapshot of the progress local authorities in England have made between the academic year 2009 to 2010 and the academic year 2013 to 2014 in ensuring there are sufficient good primary school places in their area.
The scorecards also show the cost of providing those places, and local authorities’ plans to meet demand for new school places by September 2016.
